My vacation is coming to an end. It shouldn't be too much longer now. I'm so happy that I've made so many friends. And I got to do so much, like ride bikes and catch snowflakes. I got to be cursed. I got to see some of my siblings, even live with them for a little while. I had coffee and tea... I got to see a few seasons out side of the usual.

Thank you for letting me get to know you better. I'd like to tie up loose ends. No goodbyes, no real ones. This isn't goodbye. I'll see you again, someday. Until then, have fun. Enjoy yourself the best you can.

Half of the year is gone already.

What have you accomplished?

I think that Red Rover is a step up from Capture the Flag. Less conflict I guess, everyone ends up on the winning side in the end. It looks like you all had a good time anyway.

I've walked on so many battlefields. Nearly every spring after, flowers grow. Daisies, poppies... what will come up this time?

Fear is what makes matters worse. The darkness, sickness, curses.... me. Caution is the more rational brother of Fear. (Hey, I can personify too.) Related, but different, less harm and more productive activity if I do say so myself.

Don't let fear get the best of you.

Did anybody see just how many stars there were without any lights on?

That fuzzy thing did tickle.

Resurrections and new starts are popular this week, goodbyes too. I thought that Sunday was a nice touch. A tease, for some cases. You just get it and its taken away--or, well, what you get wears out or wears off. Clothes, shoes, after they're gone you're still you, right? Somethings you have to settle on your own as far as death goes. I can only help so much. If you're still feeling down, stop by. I'm always around.

Spring is busting out all over! There's a whole mess of renewal outside your window in the earth. That green pops up like a jack-in-the-box, predictable but exciting to see. For me at least. Green's a great shade. That's why there's so much of it. I love the feel of grass between my toes. Don't you?

Don't listen to what everyone else says. I thought that you were cute. And what a trip! Two chances at high school?

For being the best years of your life, it can also be the hardest. You've made it through.

Take it easy, guys.

However bad things are, remember that it was a moment. Duration varies, yet when you look back on it, it's one event. And the thing about moments is that they pass. Memory doesn't. I know. The clock keeps ticking. Lives keep being lived as they should, not fixed in place extending what was meant to be a moment.

All that snow isn't meant to last. I've seen and heard more than a fair share of complaints. That snowball fight was a treat. Everyone should try and get some fun out of it before its gone away. No snow men? I'm surprised! Ah well, I'll see what I can do.

There aren't any ants to give my sugar to. I have no need for it. Thanks everyone for contributing. And for not. I think I'll just save it for later.

What was all the fuss about yesterday? I was on call for a few duels. Nothing happened. I know it was a curse, but love isn't something that should be thrown around and used for opportune situations. Not that me saying that would stop it from happening. When you give things a try, the results are always surprising.

I'd like to borrow some sugar. Just a grain, two if you're feeling like you've had a bad day. I'm asking everyone.

The truth is that I'm not your enemy. I'm not your friend either. I'd like to be. We can be like friends, I don't know if it's ever possible. No one likes me to stick around long, not that I can. I'm always on the go. Just know that I'm not out to get you, not in that kind of a way. I like to sit and cheer you on.

But I'm going to come one day. And I'm sure that most of you won't like it. That'd work for a literal pinch of sugar, right?

Tears too? This is a funny grocery list. One thing at a time, huh?

I know  for a fact a lot of you will be angry tomorrow. At least admit that you're very cute. And while you're this cute, you've got a free meal. I've got the bread. Who's hungry?

Jeez, Louise. What a mess.

Hold your horses. It's okay. I'm here. I'll be there soon.

And I was wanting to stretch my legs a bit.

I have to say that I disagree with whoever decided to make "My Favorite Things" a Christmas season song. It's an everyday song. The listed things are everyday things. Everyone has favorite things like that. And more than a few you can't put a bow on. All the arrangements I've heard add in sleigh bells. Are bells just for sleighs, or winter too? I think not.

And don't get me started on Julie Andrews. I've heard many versions. I still think hers is close to the top if not at the top. Then there are those jazzy arrangements. Pretty fun.

What are some of your favorite things? I dare you to think of things you can't buy.

The curses must be sprinkled with that whole 'Tis the Season'ing. They look like they're out to bring people together. There were some lovely personalities that passed by. And once they were on their way, I remembered how I like my elbow room. The crowded reminded me of that one time...mn.

And then Thanksgiving. So much thanking! It's not a bad practice to keep. A little manners can get you a long, long way.

I'm going to check out the shore today. Even though it is chilly. Anyone want to come along? Bundle up!

In an effort to keep the pigeons from becoming too fat, I've taken up bicycle riding. It's true what they say. Once you learn, you can't forget. Not that I forget things. I may as well bike while I can before snow falls. I have a feeling snow falls here. If I said that I feel it in my bones I'd sound like a sage or a grandma.

Morpheus and Matthew have been reunited. I'm sure you already know, Brother. Thank you, Yuoko once again for your help.

I get that this is a curse, a silly one.  Please, if you have some restraint try licking one of these or these instead? Yours free. No trick.

Why? Simple enough, I don't think people should be licked if they aren't up for it. Dying is enough. Really. After all of that Halloween celebrating, I think that the candy would be a better option. More satisfying if I can put in my two cents.

If you choose to disregard me entirely, remember if this curse comes around again you'll be free game if it is meant to be.

This City really has a liking for cats. At least half of you had whiskers yesterday. They're great animals. I can understand why.

I am working some in the City after all. This week reminded me especially. Rather than a one way ticket to the end, it's more of a circular carnival ride. That's not something that everyone is given, a chance to just head on back. I hope that it is enjoyed. Some  people just don't die and they get so lost in survival and forget about what it means to be alive.

I found a terrific snow hat. I know it is early, but it'll be cold out. I was supposed to be looking for an outfit. Halloween has to come first. Oh well. The hat caught my eye. I'll have to look around more. Only sixteen more days til Halloween What a great holiday! Putting on masks and playing pretend, who says you need to be a kid to have a good time like that?

I hope everyone is comfortable again. Next time should be about hats. That's what you call character all in one place, outside of your head. The rest is inside. No cliches about books and covers, back to comfort.

Guess who has wandered off again? He can never stay put. I'd be angry if I didn't know any better. He's not the goodbye kind of guy. That's not because he's rude either. Destruction just goes where he will. The responsibility is yours, he says.

Rose Walker has gone away. I'm glad for what little time we had. I wish it wasn't so little feeling right now. We'll see each other again. I'll get to see how big my great grand nephew will be too.

...Is someone out there singing Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious? Really? Where are you? I want to hear. Hey, a lot of other people are singing too. What a nice curse.

As a heads up, my brother might start singing too. No, not you, Dream. But I'd like to see you give it a try.
